Fit for Fall Challenge!
Full body workouts targeting ALL muscle groups to shred fat and build muscle mass! We are doing Upper Body/Lower Body splits this round with fun yet challenging styles such as Tabata and weight training. Please make sure you are training with weights that are heavy enough so that towards the end of the reps you are feeling the burn in your muscles, maximize your workout and let's crush it ladies!
