No Excuses Challenge!

For this round you have the option of doing 3 day weekly split or 5 days. Weights are optional for the 3 day split as the workout are no equipment workouts. This round is packed with fun new moves! We are doing fun tabata workouts, kickboxing, and all the workouts have a short warm-up at the beginning. Hope you all love it!
