Summer Challenge!
Enjoy your summer and stay fit with these round of workouts. Aim to do all 5 workouts a week but if you’re working out 3 days a week, do your 3 day split with Monday, Wednesday, and Friday workouts (DAY 1,3,5,8,10,12 videos) so that you hit the bigger muscles and ensure you’re maximizing fat burning and muscle building. As part of these challenge, I encourage everyone to get at least 10-15 minutes of direct sunlight everyday and for those looking to shred pounds, feel free to add two cardio sessions a week, choice from these two choices:
-Interval training with 15-20 minutes of high intensity and low intensity cardio. Ex. 45 seconds of sprinting, 15 seconds of walking, 1 minute of jogging, and repeat.
-30-45 of steady cardio such as walking.
No training program is effective without a focus on nutrition so make sure to follow the nutritional guide depending on your specific goals and contact me via WhatsApp if you have any questions (954-687-7124).
